The Lead Teacher is responsible for developing interactive learning experiences and promoting the holistic growth of preschool children. They must manage the classroom, implement curriculum, and build strong relationships with families.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with 2+ years of childcare experience, or 1+ year with an education degree. Ability to meet state education requirements and engage in physical activity with children is required.
