The Lead Teacher is responsible for developing interactive learning experiences and promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children. They also manage classroom operations, implement curriculum, and build relationships with families.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans. They must meet state and center education requirements and be capable of physical activity with children.
