Provide full-charge, developmentally appropriate care for 9-month-old twin boys, including managing feeding and nap routines. Responsibilities include preparing nutritious meals, fostering early learning through sensory activities, and maintaining a clean nursery environment.
Candidates must have significant professional infant and twin experience, be CPR certified, and have up-to-date vaccinations. Norland training or a long-term career as a professional nanny is highly preferred.
Include, but are not limited to: Always ensuring the safety and well-being of the children All aspects of full-charge childcare Provide loving, attentive, and developmentally appropriate care for twin infant boys. Follow and maintain consistent feeding, nap, and daily routines. Prepare fresh, nutritious meals and snacks from scratch, while accommodating a mild food allergy (eggs). Foster early learning through age-appropriate activities, sensory play, reading, music, and outdoor experiences. Montessori knowledge would be a plus. Support the twins' physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development. Maintain excellent hygiene practices and ensure a clean, organized nursery and children's spaces. Keep children's laundry, bottles, toys, and feeding areas clean and organized. Stay proactive by anticipating the children's needs and remaining two steps ahead throughout the day. Communicate regularly with parents regarding milestones, schedules, and daily activities, and note any questions or concerns.
Strong understanding of infant development and age-appropriate milestones. Familiarity with Montessori principles and child-led learning would be a plus Calm, nurturing, organized, and highly dependable.
