The Athletics Department at California State University, Bakersfield, a NCAA Division I institution, invites applications for an Indoor Volleyball Assistant Coach. This is a non-tenured position.
As part of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), the Assistant Coach will play a vital role in supporting the Head Coach in all aspects of team management, player development, game strategy, and recruiting efforts. This position, along with all coaches and staff, is responsible for the integrity of our intercollegiate athletics program and for the reputation of our university. The full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) monthly salary range for this classification is $6,288-$7,658, in accordance with the CSU Unit 3 salary schedule (Coaching Assistant-12 month).
This appointment is a part-time position, at 0.5 FTE, which is the equivalent of 20/40 hours per week. Salary will be prorated based on time base. At 0.5 FTE, the approximate monthly salary range is $3,144-$3,829.
$3,144-$3,829 monthly. Actual salary is commensurate with education and experience.
