The Lead Teacher is responsible for developing interactive learning experiences and promoting the holistic growth of preschool children. They manage classroom operations, implement curriculum, and build relationships with families to support student achievement.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans. They must meet state and center education requirements and be capable of physical activity both indoors and outdoors.
