The Family Advocate builds supportive relationships with families to help them navigate challenges and access community resources. They monitor child health and attendance while facilitating parent engagement and maintaining accurate case documentation.
Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Family Studies, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with families, including two years in a social service agency, is required.

Your work will directly support children's healthy development and help create brighter futures for families across our community.
