The Lead Infant/Toddler Teacher is responsible for planning and implementing educational programs for children aged birth to three years in compliance with CCG and Head Start standards. They manage the classroom environment, lead a teaching team, and maintain strong relationships with families through meetings and home visits.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and either a CDA or an Associate's degree in child development, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. At least one year of experience working with children aged 0-3 and a valid Texas driver's license are required.

You will serve as a team member in an assigned staff group and will be responsible for planning and implementing programs for children ages birth to three years old. You will be responsible for implementing classroom program in compliance with CCG standards, Head Start Performance Standards, NAEYC criteria, and local and state licensing standards.
