The Instructional Designer I is assigned to one or more technology applications or work streams. With oversight, the role maintains and develops end user training and support materials and assists with quality assurance. Provides general direction, oversight and mentoring of Technology Trainers with guidance and support. Assists with building and testing of training environments for assigned applications. *Top candidates will show experience working within Home Health/Hospice and former training/education experience*
Experience developing online education training materials. Experience as a Trainer. Other skills/knowledge: Knowledge of assigned application. Knowledge of healthcare workflows and adult education principles. Ability to provide quality assurance on detailed training curriculum. Demonstrated success of motivating and presenting regarding new functionality and system implementations. Ability to effectively train designed curriculum in a classroom setting.
