Follow and implement lesson plans and instructional activities provided by the classroom teacher. Provide meaningful instruction and support student learning in accordance with classroom expectations and school curriculum. Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment. Manage classroom behavior using effective classroom management strategies and school guidelines. Take attendance and maintain accurate student records as required. Assist students with assignments, activities, and classroom routines. Adapt instruction and provide support based on student needs and classroom circumstances. Communicate any classroom concerns, incidents, or important information to the appropriate administrator or classroom teacher. Maintain confidentiality of student information and records. Follow all school policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Supervise students during assigned duties, including transitions, lunch, recess, arrival, dismissal, and school activities when applicable. Leave appropriate notes for the classroom teacher regarding completed lessons, student progress, and classroom events. Maintain professionalism and positive relationships with students and staff. Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal or designated administrator. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent.
