Qualifications
Required: Passion for Rocky Mountain Prep's mission and a deep commitment to ensuring all scholars thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. At least one year of experience supporting student behavior in a school setting, which may include classroom teaching experience. Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with scholars, families, and colleagues. Strong organizational, time management, and self-management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Ability to pass a background check. Eligibility to work in the United States. Special education experience and/or certification. Salary This is a full-time position with a salary range of $61,000 to $71,000, based on experience and qualifications.
