Lead VPK Teacher

Discovery Point Lutz is on the hunt for Preschool Teachers who show up with energy, lead with heart, and genuinely light up around little learners. • What You’ll Be Doing
• Creating a fun, safe, and engaging classroom environment
• Leading hands-on activities, circle time, crafts, and play-based learning
• Helping little learners grow socially, emotionally, and academically
• Building positive relationships with children and families
• Surviving glitter explosions with grace and professionalism

• What We’re Looking For
• Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
• Genuine love for working with children
• Team player mentality — we’re all in this together
• DCF 45 Hours preferred (or willingness to complete)
• CDA/Staff Credential is a plus for lead positions
• Experience in childcare or preschool preferred, but personality matters most!
