The Lead Teacher is responsible for managing a classroom and delivering age-appropriate lessons for children aged 1-5. They must ensure a safe learning environment and maintain strong communication with families regarding child progress.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and the ability to pass a background check. Completion of 12 hours of childcare training is required within 30 days of hire.
