The Registered Nurse provides preventative health, urgent care, and triage services for undergraduate and graduate students. Responsibilities include administering immunizations, assisting with clinical procedures, and providing student-centered health education.
Requires a current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support certification. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing and at least three years of nursing experience in ambulatory or urgent care are preferred.
Current, unrestricted Massachusetts Registered Nurse license required. Current Basic Life Support certification required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred; equivalent RN experience may be considered. Minimum of three years of nursing experience preferred, ideally in ambulatory care, college health, urgent care, triage, primary care, pediatrics, adolescent/young adult health, or a fast-paced student-facing environment. Strong knowledge of Massachusetts immunization compliance requirements preferred. Experience with electronic health records, web-based systems, and Microsoft Office applications required. Demonstrated ability to work inclusively and collaboratively with domestic and international students and with a diverse interdisciplinary team. Demonstrated ability to perform safely while managing sequential and simultaneous responsibilities in a busy outpatient clinical setting. Strong written and verbal communication skills, sound clinical judgment, professionalism, punctuality, and a proactive approach to work responsibilities required. Position Type Student Services
