The Department of Modern Languages and Literatures at LMU seeks a part-time faculty member in French for Fall 2026. We are looking for qualified part-time teachers of French who are enthusiastic and dedicated to working with students. Faculty must demonstrate sensitivity to and understanding of students from diverse backgrounds. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching one (1) or two (2) lower division in-person 4-unit courses in French.
Master's Degree in French required; Ph.D. or ABD preferred. Applicants must demonstrate teaching excellence at the college level and possess native/near native ability in French.
