Market context
In Kansas, Family Support Specialist roles in Healthy Families programs are typically tied to community-based early childhood and family support services, so demand often follows local nonprofit and public health staffing needs. These positions are competitive because employers look for experience with children and families, strong relationship-building skills, and, in this posting, bilingual Spanish-English ability is preferred.
