Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Gymnastics Coach to join our team in Salina, KS. The ideal candidate will have experience coaching both team and recreational gymnasts, fostering a positive and encouraging environment that promotes skill development, sportsmanship, and a love for gymnastics.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and conduct gymnastics training sessions for team and recreational gymnasts.
• Develop individualized training programs to meet the needs and skill levels of each gymnast.
• Provide constructive feedback and motivation to help gymnasts improve their skills and confidence.
• Ensure the safety of all participants by maintaining a clean and hazard-free training environment.
• Monitor gymnast progress and communicate regularly with parents and guardians.
• Assist with organizing and supervising gymnastics meets, competitions, and events.
• Promote teamwork, discipline, and a positive attitude among gymnasts.
• Stay current with gymnastics coaching techniques, rules, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience coaching gymnastics at team and recreational levels preferred.
• Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques, training methods, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire gymnasts of varying ages and skill levels.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to fostering a positive training environment.
