Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Gymnastics Coach to join our team in Salina, KS. The ideal candidate will have experience coaching both team and recreational gymnasts, fostering a positive and encouraging environment that promotes skill development, sportsmanship, and a love for gymnastics.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and conduct gymnastics training sessions for team and recreational gymnasts.
Develop individualized training programs to meet the needs and skill levels of each gymnast.
Provide constructive feedback and motivation to help gymnasts improve their skills and confidence.
Ensure the safety of all participants by maintaining a clean and hazard-free training environment.
Monitor gymnast progress and communicate regularly with parents and guardians.
Assist with organizing and supervising gymnastics meets, competitions, and events.

Qualifications
