The Lead Teacher is responsible for implementing daily lesson plans and leading classroom instruction using the Mind and Body Matters curriculum. They must maintain a safe, positive learning environment and communicate professionally with parents and staff regarding child progress.
Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience in a licensed childcare setting and hold TECE 1 and 2 or a CDA certification. CPR and First Aid certifications are required, along with the ability to meet all state licensing requirements.

$17.20 to 21.72 per hour. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentives or other benefits.
