Soccer Shots is seeking a passionate part-time Youth Soccer Coach to serve children ages 2-8.

You’ll laugh. You’ll break a sweat. You’ll go home at the end of the day knowing that you made a difference. It may be tough, but coaching our kids will be one of the most rewarding things you ever do.

Local candidates only please (no work status or visa sponsorship available)

For High School Students who graduated in the Spring

We are looking for candidates who will be local through the end of 2026 to start immediately. The starting rate is 22.50 dollars (as an Assistant Coach). You will be able to transition into a Lead Coach once you turn 18.

PART-TIME SCHEDULE or FULL-TIME SCHEDULE Hours between M-F, 8

30am-5:30pm (and Sat/Sun 9am-1pm) Must be available to work one day out of the weekend.

Competitive Base Pay The training rate is $22/hour After completing training, pay is $25/hour (including admin and setup/breakdown time). Training—No experience is required! We offer a paid comprehensive training program to learn Soccer Shots’ clear and easy-to-learn curriculum Career Progression - We love to promote from within Opportunities to take on full-time roles, program coordination, coach management, marketing, partnerships, and more Company Events This includes group training to share best practices, team outings, and competitions Fun and Positive Environment Core value rewards (Nike swag, etc.) Sponsored sports and first aid certifications Coach of the Season and Coach of the Year awards Free programming for family and discounts for friends YOUR IMPACT: Our inbox is filled with comments from families raving about our coaches who sparked passion for the game and helped build confidence in kids.

Schedule

  • Flexibility – We only schedule sessions closest to you, with opportunities to change availability from season to season (winter/spring/summer/fall)
  • Mondays through
  • Fridays: mornings, afternoons, and evenings are optional
  • Saturdays: mornings are required A full ten-week commitment is required to take on a lead role.
