We offer FREE Infant, Toddler, and Pre-K educational childcare/daycare programs serving 16 counties with numerous centers across the state of Arkansas. AEL is more than just daycare! • Assistant: The Program Assistant/Assistant Teacher is an entry level position and will work to ensure comprehensive Head Start services are provided to children and families enrolled in the program. This position will utilize the Center environment to assist staff with creating rich learning opportunities that build on daily routines and support each child's development and education.
