Conduct occupational therapy sessions and assessments for children aged birth to 5 with various diagnoses. Manage treatment plans via Electronic Medical Records and provide services in both center-based and home settings.
Must be a Licensed Occupational Therapist in New York State with a valid driver's license and insurance. A minimum of two years of experience working with children and knowledge of NYS regulations is preferred.
Assess, monitor and track child’s progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly using our Electronic Medical Record system. Conduct Occupational Therapy sessions for children with various diagnoses (ex: ASD, sensory issues, fine motor delay, etc.). Provide center-based and/or home care services. Effectively organize and maintain confidentially of child’s records and other documentations. Follow all state laws and regulations as it pertains to Early Intervention, CPSE/CSE special education.
Licensed Occupational Therapist in the State of New York required. Knowledge of New York State laws/regulations in regard to Occupational Therapy. Minimum of two years of experience working with children is preferred. Experience in sensory integration is preferred. A valid driver's license and proof of car insurance. Great interpersonal and communication skills.
