In Utah, part-time youth mentor roles are often shaped by steady demand for dependable caregivers who can support youth in structured settings. These positions are competitive because employers commonly look for candidates who are 21+, have a clean driving record, can pass a background check, and bring patience and reliability; experience with youth or autism spectrum disorder can help, but training is provided. If you are considering applying, review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here first, then confirm your schedule and driving eligibility before submitting.
