The teacher will provide engaging K4 instruction to develop children spiritually, intellectually, socially, and physically within a Christ-centered environment. Responsibilities include classroom management, lesson planning, student evaluation, and sponsoring one after-school club.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree with at least 12 credit hours in education and agree to work toward Catechist Certification. Additional requirements include a valid Texas Driver's License, passing background and drug screenings, and being at least 21 years old.

The teacher shows evidence of planning and preparing for classroom instruction. The teacher utilizes a variety of teaching strategies in the delivery of instruction. The teacher evaluates student learning. The teacher exhibits knowledge of subject matter(s). The teacher utilizes principles of motivation and reinforcement. The teacher demonstrates professional attitudes, responsibilities and pursues professional growth. The teacher will be required to sponsor one after school club.
