The Lead Teacher is responsible for developing interactive learning experiences and managing classroom operations. They must promote the holistic growth of preschool children and maintain strong relationships with families.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans. They must meet state and center education requirements and be capable of physical activity with children.
