Lead the implementation of sport-specific strength, agility, and conditioning programs for Volleyball and assist with Swimming and Diving. Oversee weight room protocols and coordinate the Strength and Conditioning Internship Program.
Requires a Master's degree with one year of collegiate/professional experience or a Bachelor's degree with two years of experience. Must hold CSCS or SCCC certification and CPR/First Aid certification.
This position requires the incumbent to lift and move one hundred plus pounds; be a flexible, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills; work independently and as part of a collaborative team; multitask effectively; engage effectively with others of diverse cultures or backgrounds and with high energy, intense personalities; and work a non-standard work week which will include evenings, weekends, holidays, and extensive overnight travel.
