We’re looking for people who care about people. As an Autism Instructor you’ll be required to:
Develop program content to meet all participant needs in conjunction with the Director of Adult Services and with input from Case Manager
Provide direct supervision and leadership to Instructional Assistants.
Supervise all work in process. Instruct clients in development of positive work skills. These skills include attentiveness on the job, positive attitude and interest towards work, punctuality, accepting authority, cooperative co-worker relationships, consistent production rate, appropriate behaviors, etc.

• Competitive starting pay of $22.79 - $24.34/hr – more with experience
• An Associate’s Degree or higher in a Human Service field is preferred. One year of autism experience/education and DSP certification is preferred.
