The Head Coach is responsible for the organization and implementation of a successful girls' cross country program. This includes collaborating with administrators, parents, and the community to foster student commitment to academics and sportsmanship.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and previous coaching experience is preferred. The role requires the ability to develop fundamental skills and maintain a positive school presence.
An athletics coach with Douglas County School District will be charged with the organization and implementation of a successful program.
