Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and implement individualized treatment plans for PreK students to improve fine motor and functional school skills. Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff while participating in IEP meetings and maintaining accurate documentation.
A current Illinois IDFPR Occupational Therapy License is required. Experience working with preschool-aged children or in a school-based setting is preferred.
Full-time, onsite position School year: August 17, 2026 – May 26, 2027 Schedule: 8:00 AM – 2:45 PM Serve PreK students Caseload of approximately 35-40 students School-year schedule with holidays and breaks off
Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and provide individualized therapy services Develop and implement treatment plans to support students' fine motor, sensory processing, visual motor, self-care, and functional school skills Collaborate with teachers, families, special education staff, and other related service providers Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines Support students in achieving greater independence and success within the school environment
