About the role

Assist the head coach in managing NCAA Division III men's and women's tennis programs. Responsibilities include coaching practices and competitions, recruiting athletes nationally, and mentoring student-athletes.

The Temporary Assistant Coach will assist the head coach in running a successful men's and/or women's tennis program(s) which competes as a NCAA Division III program and as a member of the University Athletic Association (UAA). This includes practice and competition coaching, recruiting student-athletes at a national level, design and implementation of competitive strategies and advising and mentoring our student-athletes. The assistant must understand and promote the mission, goals, values and educational ideals of Brandeis University, as well as the mission of the Department of Athletics, Physical Education and Recreation.

The hiring range for this position is $4,000-$5,000 for each program.

Education & Work Experience: BA/BS required

1-3 years of coaching experience is preferred

A BA/BS degree is required for this position. Between 1 to 3 years of coaching experience is preferred.
