$16 - $18 / HOUR
The Lead VPK Teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing classroom environment and implementing the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum. They must build strong relationships with families and collaborate with center leadership to ensure student success.
Candidates must have at least one year of professional teaching experience, a High School Diploma/GED, and a CDA credential with VPK endorsement. DCF 45 Hours Training and college coursework in Early Childhood Education are also required or highly preferred.

Create a warm, welcoming, and engaging classroom where children can learn, play, and grow Inspire curiosity and confidence by using a growth mindset to nurture young learners Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. At least 1 year of professional teaching experience High School Diploma/GED required DCF 45 Hours Training Active CDA credential with VPK endorsement College coursework in Early Childhood Education highly preferred Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices CPR and First Aid Certification preferred Must meet all state licensing requirements for the role Ready to Love Where You Work?
