Early Head Start Teacher – Infant & Toddler Classroom (1- & 2-Year-Olds) Union County Community Action, Inc. This position works with 1- and 2-year-old children in a nurturing classroom environment that supports children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development while building strong partnerships with families.

Key Responsibilities
Provide nurturing care and supervision for infants and toddlers
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate classroom activities and routines
Foster children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment
Observe and assess children’s developmental progress
Communicate regularly with families regarding children’s growth and daily activities
Conduct parent conferences and home visits as required
Collaborate with classroom staff and support specialists
Ensure compliance with Head Start Performance Standards and licensing requirements
Qualifications
EHS Teacher- High School Diploma or GED & Infant/Toddler CDA credential
EHS Teacher I- AA degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field
