Team Rehabilitation – Broad Ripple is currently hiring professional and driven PRN Certified Athletic Trainers to provide exceptional care for contracted school student-athletes and community outreach coverage. The compensation for this role is $35 per hour, and employees are eligible to attend local onsite continuing education opportunities.Primary responsibilities include: Providing onsite athletic training services at practices, games, and scrimmages. Recognizing, evaluating, and managing injuries, including emergency care. Developing and implementing rehabilitation and injury prevention programs. Maintaining strong relationships for Team Rehabilitation to ensure excellent patient outcomes and satisfaction. Assisting with clinical protocols and participating in company-supported research studies. Engaging in continuous professional development through company events and continuing education allowances.
Qualified candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree from a CAATE-accredited Athletic Training program, possess BOC certification, and be licensed as an Athletic Trainer. Additionally, candidates must be CPR certified and demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively manage athlete triage and build relationships with parents, coaches, and school personnel.
