Toddler teaching roles remain competitive in North Carolina

North Carolina early childhood centers often look for Lead Toddler Teachers with EDU 119 or an early childhood degree, plus at least 2 years in a toddler classroom. CPR and First Aid are preferred, and roles can be competitive because centers want candidates who can manage routines, family communication, and age-appropriate care. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save research time, then confirm your credentials and highlight toddler-specific experience before applying.
