• Opportunity: AnthroMed Education is looking for a dedicated School Social Worker to join our team in Warren, MI. This is a full-time position supporting one elementary school for the 2026-2027 school year. • Supporting students across a variety of needs including students in a self-contained classroom.

• Space: You will have a private, dedicated office space to conduct sessions and meetings.

Responsibilities

Provide direct and indirect social work services to students in need of emotional, behavioral, and social support. Conduct IEP evaluations and contribute to the development of meaningful student goals. Facilitate small group and individual sessions. Lead and support the implementation of BIPS and FBAs. Participate in IEP and 504 Plan meetings to advocate for student needs. Support students and families in accessing community resources.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program. Michigan School Social Work Certification (Required) Experience working with school-aged children is preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
