The teacher will create and implement lesson plans in Pre-Algebra while using data to ensure students achieve academic mastery. They are also responsible for maintaining classroom management and collaborating with families and colleagues to support student progress.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and a valid state teaching certification. A minimum of two years of teaching experience and subject matter expertise in mathematics are required.

KIPP Miami offers competitive salaries to newly hired lead teachers. Salaries are based on prior experience and in accordance with certification requirements. KIPP Miami offers a competitive salary starting at $53,450 for first-year teachers. Additional annual compensation is available based on performance, extracurricular program leadership, school-based leadership, and more.
