Provide direct ABA therapy to young children with autism in various settings to promote communication and social-emotional development. Implement individualized treatment plans and collect accurate session data under the supervision of a BCBA/BCaBA.
Requires a high school diploma and an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Preference is given to candidates with a degree in psychology or education and experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
Full-Time | Monday - Friday | Onsite in Leawood, KS
$1,000 total sign-on bonus -- $500 paid after 90 days of employment. Additional $500 paid after 180 days, based on continued employment in good standing
Behavioral Health Allies Early Intervention (BHA EI) is seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct therapeutic support to young children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disabilities. In this role, you will deliver individualized, play-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services that promote communication, social-emotional development, adaptive skills, independence, emotional regulation, and school readiness. RBTs work closely with children, families, and clinical supervisors to create structured, engaging, and supportive environments that encourage meaningful progress during a child’s most important developmental years.
