Winston-Salem Christian School is committed to partnering with families to nurture children in faith, character, and educational readiness.QualificationsKey Responsibilities · Create a safe, loving, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment · Integrate biblical truth and Christian values into daily routines and instruction · Foster curiosity, creativity, and early skill development through hands-on activities · Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues · Encourage positive behavior, independence, and social development · Maintain clear communication with parents regarding student progress and needs · Collaborate with ELC leadership and staff to support school mission and culture Qualifications & Attributes · Passion for working with young children in a faith-based setting · Demonstrated energy, warmth, patience, and enthusiasm · Understanding of early childhood development and best practices · Ability to actively engage students through movement, play, and interactive learning · Strong classroom management and relational skills · Alignment with the mission and Christian worldview of Winston-Salem Christian School · Relevant education/experience in early childhood education preferred
