The Lead Teacher is responsible for ensuring the safety and supervision of children aged 6 weeks to 12 years while creating developmentally appropriate curricula based on NAEYC standards. They must partner with families to provide high-quality care and maintain a clean, safe learning environment.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and meet specific educational credentials such as a CDA, relevant college credits, or a degree in early childhood education. Depending on the educational path, a minimum of 12 months of work experience with children in a group setting may be required.
