The Administrative Assistant for the Encounter High School Discipleship Program, provides organizational and logistical support for a variety of program activities and events. Work includes managing documents and records, coordinating details for weekly outings, and assisting with communication and planning processes. Also contribute to improving office systems and supporting staff and students as needed to help the program run smoothly.
This is a part-time position, scheduled for 20 hours per week, during weeks of school operation.

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or an associate degree preferred.
Experience: At least 1–2 years of administrative, office, or program support experience (preferably in an educational or ministry setting).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with Google Workspace (especially Sheets and Docs).
Familiarity with maintaining digital and paper filing systems.
Basic skills in printing, laminating, and preparing materials for events.
Soft Skills:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Reliable time management and ability to meet deadlines.
