Community & Employment Integration Specialist-Adult Autism

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Social Science, Vocational/Rehabilitation Education, Psychology, Education or related field required.

Experience

Experience working with adolescents and/or adults with an autism spectrum disorder preferred. 1 year of experience working with individuals with disabilities, case management experience, and/or experience working in job coaching/exploration. Experience with ABA instructional methods, case management and/or counseling experience preferred. Excellent communication skills and problem solving skills required. Must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service. Must be able to adapt to rapidly changing demands of the position, customer needs, and the organization. Proficient computer skills and mastery in Microsoft Office applications. Must possess and maintain valid driver's license and be at least 21 years of age.
