Facilitate college readiness programming and provide individualized advising to a caseload of approximately 120 high school scholars. Build supportive relationships with students, families, and school staff to ensure successful matriculation and completion of a bachelor's degree.
Requires direct experience working with first-generation college-bound students and proficiency in culturally responsive and trauma-informed facilitation. Candidates must possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to use data to refine scholar support strategies.
