HS Track and Field Assistant Coach

We are seeking an experienced and passionate High School Track and Field Coach. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching Track and Field at the high school level, with a focus on fostering skill development, teamwork, and a positive team culture. Coach will be responsible for planning and executing effective training sessions, strategizing game plans, and providing leadership both on and off the field.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive and age-appropriate Track and Field Program for high school players. Plan, organize, and conduct engaging and progressive practice sessions to enhance individual skills and team dynamics. Instill a commitment to sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth among team members. Provide constructive feedback to players to enhance their skills and overall performance. Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that values diversity and promotes a sense of belonging. Collaborate with assistant coaches to ensure a coordinated and supportive coaching staff. Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, school administration, and the broader community. Attend all required meetings, conferences, and training sessions as mandated by the school and athletic department. Ensure compliance with all school, district, and league policies and regulations.
