CERTIFIED NURSE AIDE INSTRUCTOR/NIACC CAREER CENTER - CHARLES CITY, IA CATEGORY/LEVEL: Part-Time BASIC FUNCTION: Provide classroom, lab, and clinical education training in conformance with the Department of Inspections, Appeals, and Licensing guidelines, Board policies, and administrative guidelines.
This position requires teaching Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:00-11:30 a.m. at the NIACC Career Center in Charles City, IA.
START DATE: August 2026 SALARY: $39.73 per hour, not to exceed 29 hours per week.
This position is not eligible for benefits.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Current Iowa registered nurse license required.
Two years of full-time experience as a registered nurse with at least one year in long-term care.
Completion of Train the Trainer program for Certified Nurse Aide also required.
Requires a current Iowa registered nurse license, two years of RN experience (one year in long-term care), and completion of the Train the Trainer program. Previous teaching experience is preferred.
