Provide attentive, loving daily care for infants and one-year-old toddlers in a safe classroom environment Implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans that support early childhood development Monitor and document each child's developmental milestones and daily progress Maintain open, consistent communication with parents and guardians regarding their child's day Ensure classroom cleanliness, safety, and compliance with childcare health standards Follow proper diapering, feeding, and nap-time routines for infants and toddlers Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a positive, enriching learning environment
