The Learning Experience – Dedham is looking for a passionate and energetic Early Childhood Education Teacher to join our growing team. What You'll Do: Create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences that support each child's growth
Foster children's language, cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development through purposeful play
Build a classroom environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to explore
Guide daily routines, transitions, learning centers, outdoor play, and group activities
Partner with families by sharing children's milestones and daily successes
Collaborate with fellow educators to provide a consistent, high-quality educational experience
Maintain classroom organization while ensuring compliance with Massachusetts EEC regulations and health and safety standards
Massachusetts EEC Teacher Certification required: Previous experience in a licensed childcare center or preschool preferred
Passion for early childhood education and child development
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Positive, dependable, and professional attitude
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
