The Learning Experience – Dedham is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to provide exceptional care and early learning experiences for our youngest children. As an Infant Teacher, you'll build strong relationships with children and families while supporting each child's developmental milestones through responsive caregiving, sensory exploration, and individualized attention.
What You'll Do: Provide attentive, loving care for infants in a safe and nurturing classroom
Support daily routines including feeding, diapering, naps, and individualized care plans
Plan and implement age-appropriate sensory and developmental activities
Encourage early language, cognitive, motor, and social-emotional development through responsive interactions
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary classroom environment
Observe developmental milestones and communicate regularly with families
Collaborate with fellow educators to provide a consistent, high-quality learning experience
Follow all Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and health and safety requirements
Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification required: Previous experience working with infants in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred
Knowledge of infant development and developmentally appropriate practices
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Patient, dependable, and nurturing approach
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
