We partner exclusively with schools to create supportive work environments where clinicians feel valued, connected, and empowered throughout the school year.

We're currently hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for an elementary school opportunity in Wilmington, Delaware for the 2026–2027 school year.

About the Opportunity This full-time, onsite position will support a blended caseload of elementary-aged students in grades Kindergarten through 6th grade.

The anticipated caseload is approximately 45 students and includes a variety of communication needs commonly seen in school-based settings.

You'll collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and related service providers to help students reach their communication goals while making a meaningful impact every day.

Students May Present With: Articulation and phonological disorders Expressive and receptive language delays Autism Spectrum Disorder Developmental delays Fluency disorders Other speech and language communication needs What You'll Do Conduct speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide direct and indirect therapy services Develop and implement IEP goals Participate in eligibility meetings and IEP meetings Complete documentation and Medicaid billing (if applicable) Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families Maintain accurate and timely documentation Experience with school-based evaluations, IEP development, and educational documentation is preferred.

Qualifications

Requirements
