About the role

The Toddler Teacher is responsible for providing attentive, hands-on care and supporting developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities. They must maintain a safe, clean classroom environment and build positive relationships with children and families.

This role focuses on creating a nurturing, developmentally appropriate environment where toddlers can explore, learn, and grow. Candidates should be reliable, engaging, and passionate about early childhood care.

Schedule Monday–Friday 8: 30 AM–4:30 PM Full‑time, 1 position available

Key Responsibilities: Provide attentive, hands‑on care to toddlers throughout the day

Support developmental milestones through age‑appropriate activities

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment

Build positive relationships with children and families

Assist with daily routines including meals, diapering, and transitions

Follow center policies and licensing regulations

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications: Experience in childcare or toddler classrooms preferred

Education in Early Childhood (CDA, coursework, or related degree) preferred

High school diploma required

Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills

Ability to maintain a structured, nurturing environment

Compensation Pay rate based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

A high school diploma is required, while experience in childcare and education in Early Childhood (such as a CDA) are preferred. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and the ability to maintain a structured, nurturing environment.
