Experience in childcare or youth programming is preferred, and we are willing to offer School Age Endorsement classes for candidates who are eager to grow in the field.
Schedule & Pay
Monday–Friday, 9: 30 AM–5:30 PM
$15.00–$17.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and engage school‑age children in daily activities, homework support, and structured play
Maintain a safe, positive, and organized classroom environment
Implement age‑appropriate activities that support social, emotional, and academic development
Build strong relationships with children and families through consistent communication
Assist with daily transitions, including bus pick‑ups and drop‑offs
Support center policies, licensing rules, and behavior guidance expectations
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications: Experience in childcare or youth programming is preferred
Education is preferred — CDA, Early Childhood coursework, or related college classes
High school diploma is required
Willingness to complete School Age Endorsement training (provided if needed)
Bus driving experience is preferred
Strong communication, reliability, and teamwork skills
Ability to maintain a safe, structured environment for school‑age children
