Position Overview We are looking for a nurturing, patient, and dependable Infant Teacher to join our team. This role focuses on providing high‑quality care, supporting early developmental milestones, and creating a warm, safe environment for our youngest learners. Candidates should be attentive, gentle, and committed to maintaining strong routines for infants.

Schedule Monday–Friday 7

30am-3:30pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities: Provide consistent, responsive care to infants throughout the day

Support developmental milestones through tummy time, sensory play, and age‑appropriate activities

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment

Build trusting relationships with infants and families

Follow feeding, diapering, and nap routines according to individual needs

Document daily activities and communicate with families

Follow center policies and licensing regulations

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications: Experience in childcare or infant care preferred

Education in Early Childhood (CDA, coursework, or related degree) preferred

High school diploma required

Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills

Ability to maintain a calm, nurturing environment for infants

Compensation Pay rate based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

A high school diploma is required, with preferred experience in childcare and education in Early Childhood such as a CDA. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and the ability to maintain a nurturing environment.
