Market context

Oregon school OT roles stay consistently needed

School-based Occupational Therapist roles in Oregon are often driven by ongoing student support needs, especially for services tied to access, participation, and classroom function. These positions can be competitive because districts look for candidates with a master’s degree, Oregon licensure, and strong collaboration skills; the listed PTO, 401(k) match, mileage reimbursement, referral bonus, and licensure reimbursement may also help distinguish the offer. Before applying, confirm your Oregon license status and review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time compared with reading the full posting.
